Messages you send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message so the Throne Room Church team can respond to you. Sharing a prayer request or other personal information is optional; please include only what you feel comfortable sending online.
How messages are handled
Messages are processed by our website’s hosting server and sent to the church’s email inbox at info@trmi.co.zw. Authorised church team members can access these emails to respond. The form does not keep a separate database of messages. Our hosting and email providers may retain technical logs and email records while providing their services. To limit spam, the server keeps temporary submission counts linked to a hashed IP address; these expire after an hour.
Cookies and external services
Fonts and website images are served with the site. We do not add our own advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Sermon videos use Facebook’s embedded player, loaded only after you press play. Before that, the preview image is served with this site. When a player loads, your browser connects to Facebook, which may process technical information and use cookies under its own privacy practices. Facebook’s practices also apply when you open a sermon on Facebook.
Questions or deletion requests
Use our contact form to ask about information you have submitted or to request its correction or deletion. Please identify the original message so the church team can find it.
